*If a package is refused for reasons attributable to the customer, a total of 1,200 yen (return shipping and handling fee) will be charged. Please note that this amount will be borne by the customer.

Because our products are manufactured overseas, there may be slightly loose workmanship or minor marks.

Sizes may differ by a few centimeters from the listed measurements, and slight variations may occur depending on the manufacturer’s production timing, lot, and other conditions during production.

Due to the nature of the fabric, some items may have a slight odor. In most cases, this will dissipate after a few days of use or by airing the item in the shade.

*If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered

If the item delivered appears to be defective, or differs from what you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange it for the same item, depending on the situation.

(Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective items if you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery.)

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
